Product Overview

The KSQ series bridge crane is designed and manufactured in compliance with the latest national standards, while also incorporating international norms such as FEM, DIN, and IEC. It meets GB regulations and holds ISO and CE certifications. The crane provides smooth and precise lifting and traveling speeds.

Compared to conventional QD-type bridge cranes, the KSQ model offers a weight reduction of approximately 15–30% and reduces maximum wheel pressure by about 10–35%. This lowers the demands on workshop structures and reduces overall costs. Key components include a hard-tooth-surface, high-precision reducer gear set, forged wheels, and a variable-frequency speed control system, making this crane an upgraded alternative to traditional general-purpose overhead cranes.

Structure & Performance

The double-girder overhead crane consists of a double-girder frame, end trucks for crane travel, and a top-running trolley with lifting and traveling mechanisms. Motors, reducers, and brakes are independently arranged, enabling a wider working duty range (A3–A8 per ISO) and higher lifting/traveling speeds.  


Speed is adjustable across 10 grades, allowing very slow movement for precise operations.
